2. Free beta

Schedulizer is currently provided as a free beta. No subscription fee is currently charged for use of the service.

Features, availability, and access may change during the beta period. Schedulizer does not guarantee that the service will remain free or continue to be offered in its current form.

If paid services are introduced in the future, applicable pricing and terms will be made available before charges are imposed.

If you use Schedulizer as an employee or team member, workforce information about you may be entered and managed by your organization through the service. Your organization is responsible for how that information is used in the employment or team context.

For privacy matters relating to Schedulizer itself, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

Schedulizer software, branding, documentation, and related materials remain the property of Schedulizer or its licensors. You and your organization retain appropriate rights to data you submit to the service. You grant Schedulizer a limited license to host, store, process, and display that data as necessary to provide and operate the service.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Optional analytics require separate consent through the in-app privacy controls.

13. Communications

Schedulizer may send transactional and service communications necessary to operate accounts, invitations, authentication, and scheduling, such as invite emails, password reset messages, login links, welcome messages, and shift-related notifications. These communications are not marketing newsletters.

14. Suspension

Schedulizer may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, abuse, unlawful activity, material violation of these Terms, or protection of the service or its users.

15. Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account through the account deletion controls in Settings, subject to eligibility conditions implemented to preserve organization and scheduling integrity. These conditions may apply, for example, when you are the sole active administrator of an organization or assigned to future shifts.

Upon deletion, personal information may be deleted or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy. Schedulizer may also suspend or terminate access where permitted under these Terms.

16. Beta disclaimer

Schedulizer is provided during beta and may contain errors, incomplete features, or changes without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the beta period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Governing framework

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Slovenia, subject to mandatory rights and rules that apply under European Union or other applicable law.

18. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may change as the beta evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required before updated Terms take effect.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
